After many years of consideration and research, we are offering an in-house therapy that offers the ability to address all the above and more. A session will be 30 minutes. In that thirty minutes you will receive benefits from multiple therapies at once. These include (random order) Far-Mid-Near Infrared, Deep Cellular Resonance, Chromatography, Ozone (O3), Ionization, Salt therapy, Red Light Therapy (optional/separate), and vibrational therapy (optional).
Most saunas bake the air around you. The cutting-edge technology in our saunas envelops you instead — a full-spectrum system positioned to surround the body from every angle, circulating radiant heat through the cabin so it reaches your entire mass rather than striking from a single wall. Each emitter is hand-tuned to a precise therapeutic micron range peaking near 9.4 microns, the exact wavelength the human body absorbs most efficiently. That precision drives heat deep into core tissue at a genuinely comfortable cabin temperature — a profound sweat and real recovery, without punishing your body with extreme environmental heat to get there. These saunas are built to clinical tolerances for the most efficient wellness benefit. Engineered for deep cellular resonance!
Because the human body emits 9.4-micron energy, it is incredibly efficient at absorbing it from external sources. This match in frequency triggers resonant absorption, meaning your cells and water molecules vibrate in harmony with the incoming wave.
Zoned heat placement at the back, calves, side walls, and floor surrounds your body — because toxins don’t just live in your shoulders. Combining all levels of infrared allows penetration 1.5 to 2.0 inches deep into tissues. Hybrid panels combine full-body coverage with concentrated vital-range output and keep EMF low at the seat (2–3 mG ). Larger panel surface area runs at a lower temperature, producing longer, more therapeutic far-infrared waves — so you sit longer and sweat more.
Interaction with Water Molecules
-
The human body is roughly 60% water.
-
Water molecules feature specific vibrational bond states that are highly receptive to the 5-to-15 micron bandwidth.
-
When exposed to 9.4-micron FIR, water molecules in body tissue experience rotational and vibrational excitation, converting the light energy directly into deep, gentle cellular heat without burning the outer skin layers.
-
However, through conduction and the acceleration of microcirculation, this heat expands up to 1.5 to 2 inches deep into muscles and soft tissues.
Salt Wall
The added benefit of Himalayan Salt in wall produces negative ions to help in many areas, such as relieving asthma, snoring, allergies and many other conditions while helping one feel at one with nature.
Salt therapy relies on salt’s anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and astringent properties. Also, it is said to benefit many skin conditions due to these properties. Salt absorption therapy benefits our body’s respiratory tract and integumentary systems. While Salt inhalation therapy benefits our body’s respiratory system. Meanwhile, Salt consumption therapy benefits our body’s digestive and circulatory tracts.
Weight loss? Even a 15-minute sauna session can help you lose up to five pounds of water weight. For years, professional boxers have used saunas to cut their weight prior to weigh-in. Sitting in an infrared sauna is a passive form of exercise which speeds up your metabolism and burns up to 80 calories per 30 minutes.
Chromotherapy (color light therapy)
Color light therapy relies on the premise that each color is associated with a different bodily response. For example, red is typically associated with stimulation, while blue is considered a mentally relaxing color.
Color has been used to treat all kinds of medical conditions since ancient times. Color light therapy history dating back to ancient Egypt, India, China, and even as far back as the Mayan culture. Now, the medical benefits of color light therapy are being investigated and implemented in major hospitals and medical research centers worldwide.
Applying color light therapy to swollen or inflamed areas has been known to help soothe the area and catalyze healing. This kind of chromotherapy treatment helps to relax the muscles and reverse irritation.
Because color light therapy helps reduce swelling, inflammation, muscle tension, and other conditions typically associated with pain, the treatment often provides relief to patients.
Color light treatment helps accelerate the body’s reparative efforts. Rejuvenating LED light therapy has been used to catalyze the healing of post-surgical scars, burns, wounds, and more.
Treatments that utilize chromotherapy lights help lubricate joints and relax the surrounding muscles, resulting in increased range of motion. This results in many benefits, including improved flexibility and injury prevention. When applied to tight and tense muscle areas, color light therapy helps dissolve knots and tension to relax the body. As a result, reduced stress is a collateral benefit of color light therapy.
Since different colors vibrate at different frequencies, certain colors can have similar effects as heat and can affect your body’s circulation. This chromotherapy benefit is enhanced when used in conjunction with an infrared sauna. Each color in the spectrum elicits a specific feeling or response, one of which is regulated moods. Using light to stimulate our endocrine systems naturally regulates hormonal imbalances, mood changes, and even depression.
Mood regulation and muscle relaxation can result in improved sleeping patterns among persons that participate in color light therapy. Combining chromotherapy with sauna use can enhance this benefit even further.
SAD, which is typically triggered in the winter months, that internal clock is thrown off by shorter days and lack of sunlight. That’s where color light therapy comes in. Certain color treatments can help to offset the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder, which, in turn, helps regulates mood and improves sleeping patterns.
Color light therapy energizes skin cells and reinvigorates inactive skin cells. This results in a boost in collagen production. A boost in collagen gives the skin a smooth appearance and improves its elasticity.
Ozone (O3)
Immune Support: Proponents claim ozone stimulates white and red blood cell production to fight infections.
Detoxification: Sweating combined with transdermal (skin) oxygen absorption is said to flush out toxins and break down pathogens.
Improved Circulation: The warmth and oxygenation can increase red blood cell flexibility and blood flow to muscles.
Reduced Inflammation: Users report relief from joint and muscle pain through enhanced tissue oxygenation.
When you combine the wet and warm skin with the ozone gas, the extra oxygen that goes in has significant anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting effects—ozone sauna therapy is a powerful treatment comparable to IV ozone administrations, just without the needle. Ozone therapy breaks up lactic acid, increases cellular respiration in muscles, speeds up the recovery of damaged tissue, and accelerates muscle growth for those with tight, sore muscles. Ozone therapy improves blood circulation, improves vitamin and mineral absorption, fights inflammation, and is wonderful at killing mold, parasites, candida, viruses, and bacteria.
Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy Panel offers full body coverage of high-intensity red light non-invasive therapy, promoting fibroblast production, the building block of collagen that gives skin and connective tissue structure, strength, and elasticity. This helps increase blood circulation to the tissue, reducing cell inflammation to speed up your body’s natural ability to heal wounds and reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots. It helps improve facial skin texture and can benefit those suffering from psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. Red light therapy can improve the appearance of scars and sun-damaged skin and works to reduce acne.
Many sports teams (the majority of medical breakthroughs come from sports teams and the military) are now using Red Light Therapy, and multiple clinical studies indicate that it may also provide benefits for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as sports injuries, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, neuropathy, arthritis pain, gout, and more.
Unlike Laser Light Therapy, or harmful UV light therapy, LED Red Light Therapy uses the Red and Infrared Light Spectrum that work at the cellular level to stimulate cell repair and normalize their function. The only thing to be aware of is that prolonged exposure to LED Red Light Therapy can be harmful to the eyes and therefore we highly recommend you use the supplied goggles during your red light therapy sessions.
